FP (1929), 84, from the set (A), with the alternative adopted, as three stanzas of 3, 3, and 7 lines; in later collections, as four triplets. Bingham, New England Quarterly, 20 (March 1947), 33, from a Todd transcript of A (a tr115a), as stanzas 2 and 3 of another poem ("We can but follow to the sun"), whose first stanza, canceled, had preceded them on the transcript; also 33n, the second stanza of B.
