BM (1945), 35, as three stanzas, with alternatives adopted for lines 6 ("goes" and "spacious"), 7-8 (on the slip), and 9-10 ("Created to adore/The affluence bestowed"). Poems (1955), 954-55, as a chaotic worksheet, unredacted; CP (1960), 595, as three stanzas, with line 9 omitted, line 10 as 9, and a new 10 interpolated from the alternatives, which were adopted for lines 6 ("goes" and "spacious"), 8 ("our"), 10 as 9 ("Doom"), and 10 ("The Affluence conferred").
